House rules#
- No cheats or exploits. No hacked clients, X-ray, macros or duping. Report a bug instead of farming it.
- No hate or harassment. Banter is fine; slurs and targeted abuse are not. Back off when asked.
- No threats or doxxing. Keep real-life threats, addresses, IPs and account details out of chat.
- No scams or griefing. Trade honestly and respect other players’ builds.
- No spam or advertising. Do not flood chat, repeatedly beg or advertise other servers. Keep explicit content out of chat and builds.
- No punishment evasion. Do not use alts or other people to dodge a ban or mute.
- Respect staff directions. Fake reports and loophole arguments do not excuse breaking the rules. Appeal calmly with the facts.
Ask for help#
Use /helpop message for a staff help request, or /report player reason for a player report. Reports are saved for review; they do not automatically punish the other player.
Include the activity, the command you used, what you expected and what actually happened. If it happened at a particular time, include your timezone. Never send a password.
Report a wiki correction#
If a guide no longer matches the server, send staff the page link and the menu text you see in game. Prices and rewards on these pages were checked on November 7, 2026; current in-game menus take priority after a server update.
