My reward did not fit#
Clear enough inventory space and leave your current activity before claiming. Use /vote claim for saved vote keys, /parkour claim for parkour rewards, or /blockparty claim outside the dance arena. Open /cache for a saved mining cache.
My items will not sell#
Stand inside a defined mine and try /sellall. Only eligible raw mine drops are sold that way. Contraband uses Sell Contraband in /drugs, with its own earned-rank requirements and daily quota.
I cannot join or teleport#
Stop moving during a travel countdown. Finish the current activity, clear your cursor and wait for any combat tag to expire. Flight and movement buffs can prevent activity entry. If belongings are still loading, give them a moment before opening another transaction.
I lost my parkour checkpoint#
Parkour checkpoints reset when you log out. They are not permanent saves. Leaving a course while staying connected keeps the checkpoint for that login session; /parkour restart starts over.
A sale happened but my balance did not change#
Open /auction, go to Your Listings & Proceeds and collect the Money. The seller receives the net amount after the completed-sale fee.
